    Added a whole ton of new shit. A bunch of models from Reissues. I checked all the files and readmes and there isn't a single point regarding models. I know a bunch of them are by FireBinder, some more by Half-Life Maniac. Also added some maps and shit, and a lights.rad with the new modern light texture included. Oh, and that new texture as well as some others are included in core.wad. Get it down yourself, Tigger Nits.

    Done some more work on cencom3. Going to block out the rest of the map first before I go through adding entities and puzzles etc. Also removed the horrible config.cfg which got added at some point. Disabled my quicksave did that. What a cunt.

    Cencom3 is nearly done! Woop. I've also doctored the skill.cfg to reduce the health and damage of the warcrab. It was way too hard to kill, even on easy mode. I think we might also need an alternative to the armour since a fresh vest tops up the players protection to 100% each time which can make some sections way too easy.

    Still having issues with the tram in Cendark3. Play the BSP to see. Started work on an area I dreamt about. Didn't know where it would fit, so it's its own map for the moment. Dirigible Dickables.

    Major updates to cenoff2, conforming it to current Core standards. New textures added to core2.wad to allow for 16-unit deep stairs (better for AI navigation). tc_beast16s are the top surfaces, tc_beasteights are the fronts. They should fit perfectly to a .50 scale. I'm James Archibald, and that's why I drink.

    New door textures - part of the "dore" series. Needed a good wooden door with the frame as part of the texture - the one I made for cenoff actually sucks when it comes to neat brushworking. Major updates to cenlab1. Changelist:
    * Made everything sexier.

    New prefab map because I'm sick of raiding cencom whenever I need a wall decoration :3. Add to it / take from it at will. New wall-mounted power unit with new texture set is the biggest change here, probably. I dunno I might have added more than that - I'm pretty spectacular.

    Updates to cenlab1. It's now playable and uses the same audio track used in the evolution video. Suits it pretty well. I also made a cdaudio map which has triggers for each one so that you can quickly see which audio track corresponds to which audio file (because the numbers are wildly inconsistent). I also recorded one of my external hard drives spinning up and used it as my supercomputer sound effect in cenlab. Works pretty well.

    Removed crashing bug from Cenoff3, making the whole chapter playable again. Minor tweaks to the flaming room in cenoff1 + the addition of a few trims and lights. Having real trouble with the finalé of cenoff because there is no monster_archie and I can't specify the model used by a monster_barney if he's spawned via a monstermaker. The alternative would be teleporting him in, but you know how glitchy teleporting NPCs in Goldsource is. Surely it'd be much less of a headache to just add a monster_archie and monster_urby.

    Updated but quite unfinished cenboss1 rmf as well as the now outdated bsp. Also, new models for the lead pipe. Playing with the idea of giving it a cleaner texture. Meh. Also, the skill.cfg makes the black squid fucking invincible for now. Scary stuff.

    Here's your fuckin M4a1 assault rifle. Gave it a black gloss reskin to stop it looking SHHHHHITE! Gearbox Software, the guys who chose to release DNF... thought it best to have the w_model which lies on the ground, as well as the v_model which is held right up by your fucking face, should use the same texture resolution. It's probably a PS2 thing. Fuckin console shite. Gonna give this to the grunts soon.

    Okay, noticed a pretty serious problem while tweaking the finalé sequence of cenoff1. monster_archie and monster_urby have no health. They die immediately after performing any action. I assume it has something to do with them not being present in skill.cfg, but I don't really know what I'm doing in there so I'll leave it to you.

    Huge update to cenlab1, including a new texture set added to core2.wad. Progress is good. Seriously pissed off at Goldsource, though, because the sequence at the end of cenoff1 is once again broken for no reason. All the ents are setup correctly, it just won't play the sequence until the player has line-of-sight on the grunt, and considering they're trapped in an elevator and can only get line-of-sight on the grunt by noclipping, this is a fairly fucking serious issue. Suggestions welcome.

    Mr. H Gibbs being updated again. Re-orientated the gnarly head so you can see the bone and brains and shit. Also, it was clipping into the floor. That's the main reason.     Updates to cenboss1, a new urby scientist model and some new textures. I also started working on cendorm1 since cenboss1 is starting to annoy me. Not much to see in this update though.

    Updates to Half-Life mod: The Core have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your SVN client is updated. The major changes include:
    1. Added an inordinate number of new textures to core2.wad.
    2. Finished Cenlab1. Seriously, it's basically complete. Even had an audio pass.3

    4. Undertook extensive research into the way sand flattens under a tyre.
    5. Went to America and undertook extensive research into the way sand flattens under a tire.

    Added the new cendorm map. Also, going to rework the boss fight in cenboss and make it a bit less shit and more meaningful. As such there is a script in the Resources folder. Archie, record your lines whenever and FedEx them over to me, each on their own disc. Alternatively, stick them in your audio folder and commit those motherfuckers.

    Added a whole bunch of new textures, by which I mean one. However, it's one that I needed to replace in a bunch of maps. So I did that.

    Removed 3 unnecessary sounds which were unnecessary and not really needed. They were also redundant. To top it off, they were completely unnecessary. They were also a bit shit. I say a bit, I mean a lot. They were a lot shit.

    There's a new Barney in town. Well, an old Barney I guess. Regular old BMS security guards are now available in the core. The downside is you won't be able to make dead ones. Not unless you prod digi. They come in 2 flavours. The regular, common Barney we know and love, and a hairier, bloody, run down Barney who needs a shower. I also did away with his chrome helmet because all chrome textures are 64x64 and look bloody awful by the rest of the core's standards.
